Note: The Sierpe River and ocean access is not at the property but, close by and easily accessed. Electricity is not currently available at the property but is on it's way. Solar systems have become much better and lower in price. I use a simple system at my beach house and it works great and provides all the electricity I need. This property is on two registered surveys and while not titled at this time, can easily be titled.
