Description:

LOCATION
Located in  Barra Honda, 23 km away from the Tempisque Bridge (Puente de la Amistad Hwy 18 and 21) and only 15 km from the town of  Nicoya , the second largest city in Guanacaste, North Pacific Coast (tropical dry forest area), which offers facilities such as shops, supermarkets, banks,  restaurants, hospitals and  private clinics. 600 Meter Public Road Frontage

WATER
With water all year long, even during the dry season, thanks to an 80 m deep water well and an all year long sweet water spring, this property of flatland and hills offers from its highest point of view astounding views to the gulf  of Nicoya.
A water tank distributes water to the private residence and the fields through an aqueduct system. Other natural water sources include 4 water courses (rios) and cascades supplying water during the rainy season.
4 km from the Barra Honda Caves National Park, this particular area benefits from a higher amount of rain than the rest of the Northern Pacific region which makes it apt for teak plantation or other species.

CATTLE
The 120 hect. pastures can currently carry 150-200 heads of cattle and other livestock. A large 60 m2 cattle stockyard (corral) for up to 200 cattle heads and a large 50m2 repository for storage of equipment and supplies.

INFRASTRUCTURES
Electricity, well-water and municipal water, internet, phone line.

RESIDENCE
The price includes a private residence of a 150 m2 (1615 sq feet) 3 bedroom house with an 18m long swimming-pool.
