The bus stops right outside the upper gate and takes you in 20 minutes in the emerging county town of Ciudad Quesada. The slope divided the land into three levels: 

above the guest house, a cow pasture, forest and a large Zona Verde with bananas and fruit trees (oranges, tangerines, mango, avocado) 
at the middle level is the main house in a meadow, surrounded by orange trees, pastures and forest. In a respectful distance, there is a chicken / sheep barn 
The lower rent level is partly dominated by pristine forest, on the other part of fruit trees, a small pineapple plantation, cocoa trees, bananas and a pond, fed by the stream that marks the southern boundary of the site. To the east the country house bordering the river Platanar, which is bordered by a broad belt of forest 
The finca is overall in excellent condition, pastures as well as the garden areas with fruit trees. The system is similar to its plant diversity is more a botanical garden than a farm operation. Howler monkeys, Nose and anteaters, sloths, large Lapas Rojas and small parrots, toucans, Oropendolas and many other colorful birds are among the regular visitors. The rare Sunbittern (ave del sol) breeds down by the river, where Erdbeerfroeschchen and Blue Morpho are observed. 

Whether multi-family project with self-care, animal husbandry, vegetable growing, fish farming, holiday home or B & B ... of use are almost unlimited. 

22 years ago, part of the site with Ceibos and Laurel was planted, which today represent a significant value. Three years ago, at the upper slope another 200 trees (Robles, Almendros del bosque, acacia) were added. 

There is the possibility of unrestricted purchase and renovation of two houses, the new building and the division of the property.
