The site is located at 1,500 m altitude, offering eternal spring temperatures. Tags approximately 25 ° C at night around 18 ° Celsius. Air conditioning is unnecessary. From current events, I must point out that the property is located on the safe (south) side of the high part. While you enjoy the views of the distant volcanoes, but are not bothered by earthquakes. 
Electricity, telephone / internet (DSL, flat rate) are already at the entrance to the estate, was just the street from the entrance of the house with water outlets, new bridge, completed with electric gate access control. The road was gravel at 25cm, 10cm to concrete over asphalt as a base and built up. 

The owners of the land already divested No. 3, No. 4 (and we) are generated by means of a small water turbine and the water of the streams the necessary power for the houses. I would like to once again make it clear that although public power is applied, but this will be used by any owner of land already sold. This has several reasons: First, it is in Costa Rica many power outages and voltage fluctuations. Both are a nuisance and destroyed with regularity and sometimes preferred incandescent one or other electrical device. Power in Costa Rica is also relatively expensive, compared to Germany it costs almost 25% more here.

Safety - short and sweet.

Here you will find no great alarm systems, no bars on urbanization with security fences and guards. 
In some areas of Costa Rica like we need that - but not here.
