There are 5 structures on the property. (1) The main house with 2 bedrooms, 2baths, great room (living room / dinning room), Kitchen wit eating bar and covered patio. (2) The casita Bedroom and Bath w/shower. (3) The bodega w/ washer & Dryer, sink and work bench and storage. (4) A carport (parking structure) and, (5) Pump house /swimming pool.

The Owner did an extensive remodel when they bought the property. The remodel included the following: fenced the entire property, moved and installed a new front gate system, tore out and replaced the concrete drive leading to the parking area, installed a clay tile roof over the existing metal roof on all structures except the pump-house, new grouting of the tile in the pool adding a new pump, chlorinator and solar pool heater. Also, had solar hot water installed for the main house. Bathrooms were remodeled new showers, sinks, toilets, etc. The master bedroom  had new closets built, in the 2nd. bedroom we built in a murphy bed and remodeled the closet, in the kitchen we put in all new appliances. We added a sliding door between the kitchen and patio. there was a propane locker built to house two commercial propane bottles for the cook top and bbq. We put in a complete new septic system with a 7mx 7mx7m tank and a well vented drain field

plus the pipes from the house are properly vented with traps and clean-outs. this means you can flush paper. In the casita we also remodeled including the bathroom. We also , installed a new european continuos flow hot water heater and new shower controls. In the bodega we changed out the hot water heater and, installed cabinets and work bench. In the carport we installed steel reinforcement to strengthen the structure.
