Titled property held in a Costa Rican Corporation (S.A.) which is NOT included in the sale price. although the hotel name, web site and e-mail address come with the property. All hotel furnishings and appliances, other than personal items are included in the Purchase.
Business licences, health permits, registered with ICT (Costa Rican Tourist Board), Hacienda (sales tax) and Employee Medical & Pension Plan (CCSS). All taxes, permits and registrations are approved and paid to date. No Liens or Mortgages.

EMPLOYEES
We have well-trained, loyal and honest staff which include 3 housekeepers, a part time gardener and an “as required” handy man.
Pool maintenance and Garbage removal are contracted. 
We also have good contacts for electrical, plumbing, a/c and appliance repair.

90%+ during high season December – April
May / June and September/October are the slowest months

REASON FOR SELLING
As owners / managers / builders of the hotel (originally from Canada), we are getting older and would like to spend more time travelling. For the past four years our daughter and her husband have been managing the hotel.

There is a 16 page Hotel Operating Manual for assistance in running the hotel.

Should a new owner wish we could offer assistance during the transition to new management.
