20 hectare farm, old pastures seeded to Teak, this is a rain forest zone so it rains all year round, less during the dry season but still enough to keep the area perpetually green, the property is along a town border on 2 sides so a good potential for subdividing it in the future, there is 15 years left before the first trees reach maturity so the area might be ripe for development by then, if not then a second tree crop can be planted or the land turned into agricultural fields as this is a rich red loam that seems to grow any crop without fertilizer. A lot of neighbors are commercially growing oranges for a juice plant in the area. There is a butterfly preserve a few kilometers away so we have many winged visitors and we often hear the howler monkeys protesting our presence when we are working amongst the trees. 
We are blessed with excellent neighbours that can be counted on for farm labour when the need arises.
