This 9 ha farm is located in the southwestern part of the Nicoya Peninsula at an altitude of 750 m. Although the property is located in the mountains, the land itself is mostly hilly and the whole terrain is available. From most of the farm has sea views from the upper part of the property but you can enjoy breathtaking Pacific Ocean views, even over 100km of coastline.
