Description:

This 102ha (250acre) farm is located in the mountains of the Nicoya Peninsula between Nicoya and Santa Cruz near Cerro Negro at an altitude of app. 350m. If you are looking for a piece of pure nature with lots of wildlife, waterfalls, swimming holes, big trees but also some land for agriculture then this is the right property for you!! There is a little cabin on the property. Most of the terrain is undulated but there are also various flat parts. Almost the whole property is walkable even though there are also a few steeper parts.
You can get to the property from Santa Cruz or Nicoya or Caimital. From each side it´s about a 25km drive on a gravel road. You can always get to the property by 4x4 car although on the last few km before getting to the farm the road is in a pretty bad condition at this moment. It would be very easy though and rather inexpensive to repair that stretch and the neighbors would share in the costs!
