general Information
The Hotel is located in the sunniest region of Costa Rica, Guanacaste, in the small town of Samara, a beautiful bay 6 km., Protected by a natural reef. Playa Samara is 2 hours from the international airport in Liberia, Daniel Oduber and 5 from the Juan Santamaria in the capital city, San Jose and both roads are paved and in good condition.
Samara has remained a small coastal town where there are no major developments or buildings but, despite this, has all the necessary services which banks, telecommunications agency, hardware stores and supermarkets. Besides professional services of doctors, lawyers, rental bikes, cars and agencies offer tours. There are several services shuttles and buses to various destinations in the country.

HOTEL DESCRIPTION
The Hotel was one of the first built in the village, the first stage data in 1993, the second in 2004. The structure is concrete with decorations and finishes in bamboo and local hardwoods. In addition to all utilities, has its own well. There are solar water heaters. The building measures approximately 680 sq mts of two floors, (tot. Mts.² 1320), in an area of 1722 m ². The first stage was built on a plot of 670 mts.², the second in another, that years later was purchased and, finally, a small lot in front of the hotel which is used as parking for 8 cars bought. The hotel is located on the main street, 200 mts. from the beach. It features an Italian pizzeria restaurant seats about 90 people, has 2 pools and a Jacuzzi. 24 rooms, all with private balcony. They feature A / C, cable TV, ceiling fan, safe and bathrooms there are hair dryers. There are solar water heaters and there is a water well.

The Hotel is rated 3 star by international standards, is certified CST level 4, and is certified carbon neutral.
The hotel, its trajectory and location is definitely one of the most commercial of the people and their restaurant. A good compromise between quality of services and prices so it is the most haunted hotel in the area was achieved. There are contracts with major travel agencies that bring several groups of predominantly European tourists and therefore has an excellent occupation also in the "green season".
