Property: Parrita - Beautiful beach house for sale - Central Pacific, Costa Rica

This house near the "Playa de Palma," also known as "Playa Bandera" (near Parrita, Costa Rica, Central America) was newly built in 2008 by myself and completed in March 2009. It is located in a central location (to the nearest town Parrita are about 5 km) and up to 8 km long beautiful beach is also only 900 meters.

The beach bungalow has a kitchen, bathroom, toilet, laundry room, two bedrooms, another room for example. an office is fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning. The built-up area is 140m ² and a total of approximately 470m ² the property. Only a few meters away from the house there is a small business ("Pulperia") and also the school and a sports field are just "round the corner". Of course, everything is legal and regulated in order (with title deeds).

Parrita is located approximately midway between Jaco and Quepos / Manuel Antonio.
