A workshop with covered garage and a 100m2 covered rancho with bar and grill.

The garden has been lovingly cultivated and planted for years, large trees provide shade, others provide fruit. Tropical plants in all colors delight the eye and mind.
Included is a small greenhouse for growing and a small fruit / banana plantation.
The whole garden is supplied underground with water pipes.

The house was built in the 80s by a German builder in typical local design and since then renovated again and kept in very good condition.

Although built directly on the river, the house and grounds are completely protected by a massive reinforced concrete wall. No amount of flood could do any harm. A steel suspension bridge opens up the rest of the finca.

The finca is legally registered as SA (AG) in the national register and has no charges or restrictions. Thus, it is very easy and cheap transferable.

Due to its legal form as SA, the owner can also handle all legal transactions without Residencia. (Bank accounts, telephone, electricity)
The tax burden per year is 75,000 colones ($ 150) including waste disposal of the community

Despite the peace and seclusion of the finca, you are in 10-15 minutes in the next small town

Las Juntas de Abangares. There you will find everything you need for daily life, such as supermarkets, building materials, banks, doctors, schools, hospitals, craftsmen, police, etc.

In 20 minutes you are on the Panamericana, the main road in Costa Rica.
In 1-2 hours many beautiful Pacific beaches, the Arenalsee and volcanoes are attainable. To San Jose it takes about 2-3 hours, so quite centrally located.

The finca is located on a small public road with very little traffic, which is paved to the last 3km and is maintained by the community every year. Here then lies power and telephone, Internet is available via the G3 / 4 network.

In the neighborhood there are a few small agricultural fincas which mainly run livestock. Also a few Europeans (Germans / Swiss) settled here in the last years. All in all, a very quiet and above all safe environment.

For reasons of age and health, we are looking for a nature-loving successor who continues the finca in the same sense. Whether as a private nature conservation project or for an economic eco-biological project. Tourism, production, training, recreation etc.
