Description:

40 ha of pure forest. With 1km of river! A mixture of both primary and secondary forests with two ridges in the middle.  5km from village of Carbon Dos.

40 ha farm on the outskirts of Cahuita, a small town on the Costa Rican Caribbean coast with a national park (Costa Rica's largest coral reef is located here) and beautiful palm beaches. The beach is about 9 km away. The farm is about 10 km behind the Cahuita National Park and offers views of the rainforest.

The farm is about 5 km from the small town of Carbon. Several potential building sites leave room for the implementation of your dream project. Enjoy pure nature, with a variety of animals. Many watercourses that cross the farm and abut a crystal clear river. Bathing pools and small waterfalls invite you to take a dip, wonderfully refreshing. The view is beautiful, the air is great, the grass is lush green, a peace as written in books and no neighbors far and wide. If you are looking for a piece of paradise on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica, then this farm is definitely worth a visit.

The small town of Cahuita with Caribbean flair, a large part of the inhabitants speak Creole English. Most of the village's original inhabitants are black and came to Costa Rica via Jamaica to work in the construction of the railway line or on banana plantations. Sun, beach and reggae - in Cahuita you can immerse yourself in the Caribbean way of life. The culture of the predominantly black population here shapes the picture on the Caribbean coast of the country. During the day you can stroll under the palm trees along the white sandy beach in the national park, swim in the pleasantly warm sea or snorkel in Costa Rica's largest living coral reef. There are also numerous possibilities for excursions into the tropical lowland rainforest in the area, we particularly recommend a visit to the Gandoca-Manzanillo nature reserve. In the evening, nightlife awaits in Cahuita or in nearby Puerto Viejo. Try the excellent Creole cuisine and let yourself be enchanted by the rhythm of the Caribbean.

Cahuita National Park is one of the most popular in Costa Rica. Lush vegetation, tropical sandy beaches, coral reefs, mangrove swamps and tourist attractions around the park attract many tourists. Miles of palm-fringed beaches interspersed with tropical vegetation and rocky outcrops, and Costa Rica's longest coral reef. The coral reef is home to schools of tropical fish, sea urchins, sea turtles and many other sea creatures. A colorful underwater world, ideal for snorkeling or diving. Inside the park a large number of animals and plants in a natural habitat. Howler and capuchin monkeys, sloths, green iguanas, colorful butterflies and many species of birds make their home here.
